Les principes de conception retenus par l’Andra, en particulier pour l’investissement initial, et les optimisations à approfondir sont partagés par les producteurs. Les divergences de points de vue portent notamment sur la méthodologie de remontage du chiffrage, et notamment le choix de la référence technique pour le chiffrage de base, la valorisation de certaines opportunités à fort enjeu financier et certains coûts unitaires, également à fort enjeu financier. Ce texte a été l’objet de vives critiques venues de nombreux acteurs du secteur qui s’inquiétent du risque d’atteinte aux libertés individuelles et au principe de protection de la vie privée. Ceux-ci habitent depuis quelques années, avec 70 familles sur des terres occupées à Neptunia, côte atlantique d'Uruguay. Depuis 2015, la police, la justice, commencent à mettre la pression sur les habitants (arrestations, procès, ...). La résistance a commencé mais elle a besoin de soutien. Lors des concerts des lapins, une caisse de solidarité est passé et les quelques 70 euros envoyés ont permis des rencontres (communications téléphoniques, transports, ...) avec d'autres habitants de terres occupées en Uruguay. Naturellement, l'idée de donner plus de visibilité sur ces occupations (en Uruguay mais aussi ailleurs) est née de chaque côté de l'Atlantique par une compilation de groupes. 5 groupes de Belgique, 3 d'Uruguay et 1 du Brésil se retrouvent sur cette compile. Certains, comme les lapins électriques ou Cap'tain VoVon , ont enregistrés pour l'occasion. D'autres avaient (heureusement) déjà des morceaux mis en boîte. Le graphisme a été réalisé par Regeneracion, la sérigraphie manuelle (en 3 aplats) par les lapins avec l'aide de Cédric, le mastering (mixage final) par la Marmite. A la borne 318 au col des Especières, monter le long de la crête sur la droite (assez raide), qui finit avant le sommet par des bouts d'ardoise instables. Se diriger ensuite vers la crête à gauche du Soum blanc (roche blanche par rapport aux ardoises et grès noir). Attention à bien suivre et repérérer les cairns : sentier non balisé ! Une fois sur le Soum, se diriger vers le Sud (gauche), longer une première crête rocheuse pour arriver à une crête perpendiculaire avec 2-3 éminences dominant l'autre vallée (espagnole). Le coucher de soleil vaut son pesant d'or ! Toute cet alpage en pente donne une vue magnifique et le soir, comme ces pentes sont bien éclairées jusque tard, les izards et autres chèvres y descendent, chouettes rencontres et photos si on est discrets (silencieux, habits aux couleurs peu voyantes, patience à l'affût etc.). Un des derniers trains de déportés part du camp de Royallieu avec 22 wagons à bestiaux où sont entassés entre 2521 et 2152 hommes suivant les différentes recherches, essentiellement des résistants mais aussi des droits communs. C’est l’enfer : cent personnes entassés dans chaque wagon avec quasiment pas d’eau, la température qui peut dépasser 50°, les odeurs pestilentielles, les bagarres, certains hommes qui deviennent fous et les morts que l’on entasse dans un coin du wagon au fil des heures. Le train met 3 jours et demi dans la chaleur de l’été pour atteindre Dachau. A l’arrivée, les déportés ne sont plus que 1633. Près d’un tiers sont morts. Les corps alimenteront pendant 4 jours les crématoires du camp. En 2010, Arnaud Rykner, écrivain et metteur en scène de théâtre écrit « le wagon », roman ultra réaliste d’après le voyage tragique de son grand-oncle déporté dans un des wagons à bestiaux de ce train qui porte le numéro 7909. Considering that the Chinese state is currently denying the very existence of these facilities, this paper investigates publicly available evidence from official sources, including government websites, media reports and other Chinese internet sources. First, it briefly charts the history and present context of political re-education. Second, it looks at the recent evolution of re-education in Xinjiang in the context of ‘de-extremification’ work. Finally, it evaluates detailed empirical evidence pertaining to the present re-education drive. With Xinjiang as the ‘core hub’ of the Belt and Road Initiative, Beijing appears determined to pursue a definitive solution to the Uyghur question. En faisant peser la pression sur les travailleurs et les travailleuses, en évitant l’impôt, en privatisant l’État et en participant grandement au réchauffement climatique, les grandes entreprises creusent les inégalités et contribuent à gonfler toujours plus la fortune de leurs riches propriétaires. Pour mettre fin à ces inégalités extrêmes, les gouvernements doivent impérativement redistribuer le pouvoir des milliardaires et des grandes entreprises aux citoyen·nes ordinaires.
