Au dernier des lacs des Aires (à sec en novembre), le traverser et revenir vers la cabane des Aires). Attention : pas possible de couper du parking à la cabane : falaise ! Faut faire le tour par les Lacs.&#13;
IMPORTANT : le Tuc d'Escaurède évoqué par le guide est la première éminence (double) sur la droite quand on marche vers la cabane (mais bien avant), et non l'éminence pentue avec un col derrière quand on a dépassé la cabane et qu'on se dirige le long du ravin des Touyères !!! Si on les confond, on ne trouve pas le chemin pour le col de la Géla !&#13;
Toute cet alpage en pente donne une vue magnifique et le soir, comme ces pentes sont bien éclairées jusque tard, les izards et autres chèvres y descendent, chouettes rencontres et photos si on est discrets (silencieux, habits aux couleurs peu voyantes, patience à l'affût etc.). Beaucoup de grands rapaces aussi (aigles) et de choucas :)&#13;
Suivre ensuite les indications du guide à partir des sources jumelles pour l'ascension sur les dalles vers le col&#13;

                <text>Très jolie ballade d'environ 2h, depuis le parking du col des Tentes au-dessus de Gavarnie.&#13;
Face à l'ancienne route du refuge de la Brèche (qui part presque horizontalement face au glacier des Gabiétous au bout du parking), prendre le 2ème chemin sur la droite, qui mène au petit lac rond.&#13;
A la borne 318 au col des Especières, monter le long de la crête sur la droite (assez raide), qui finit avant le sommet par des bouts d'ardoise instables.&#13;
Se diriger ensuite vers la crête à gauche du Soum blanc (roche blanche par rapport aux ardoises et grès noir). Attention à bien suivre et repérérer les cairns : sentier non balisé ! &#13;
Une fois sur le Soum, se diriger vers le Sud (gauche), longer une première crête rocheuse pour arriver à une crête perpendiculaire avec 2-3 éminences dominant l'autre vallée (espagnole). Le coucher de soleil vaut son pesant d'or !</text>
